@HostDoc huge storage with private networking seems so "yummy"

Could bandwidths be combined (5TB resource pool + 3 HG)?

    Thanked by 1HostDoc

    Are bandwidths combined (5 + 3)?

Yes, if stacking a pool and a regular storage. The final outcome will be a pool with:

    3vCore
    2GB RAM
    8TB Bandwidth
    2TB HDD
    3 PI + 3v4
    3 VM Max

If you are not in the EU then VAT is automatically removed at the gateway.

  • It seems like my browser was having issues. Tried a different one and is working correctly now.

Been a tough week. But also found a lot of time on my hands to absorb new news and try to work around it while tackling current issues in SG (mass migration).
I am just trying to ensure current clients are comfortable.

Don't think its anything special, just high core count really.

Yes, that's what I'd like to see the bench of.

I’ve only know the doc to supply KVM so I would assume these would be KVM as well

Everything we offer is KVM virtualisation. Some even call me the KVM Doc

Well, you're the Doc with the hardware... I wonder if you can test it, I mean run something like multicore geekbench or preferably passmark on the bare-metal box before opening it up to VPS customers. That would be beyond the call of duty, but awesome. I'm more interested in cpu measurements than network etc., since the i/o would be similar to any other box.

Is this a WSI box? They have had something like it listed on their site for a while, but it seemed awfully expensive for low end virtualization.

No, it is not from WSI.

  • I welcome the initiative to list attractive prices in USD.

If I may offer some clarification. @HostDoc , please forgive me for posting on your sales thread.

DA doesn't partner with "everyone." Notice companies like @HostDoc and others offering DA licenses with their plans. They all share something in common: good plans, good prices, good quality, good history, good people. It is easy to endorse a company like HostDoc.

  • Time to keep those £5 VPS!
