Hi everyone ,
Back after a long time. Previously the need was sorted by you guys and again I need

1 Ubuntu vps
1 GB RAM
Don't care about core
Good monthly bandwidth
Usual storage - don't care

Price - $ 10-15 / year

Purpose - programming / non stop scraping / data parsing / requests etc.

Please let me know if any good offer available.

Thanks :)

    Maybe Hetzner?

They've got a pretty good deal with 20TB bandwidth for you.

Non-stop scraping : better to specify what your load-avg looks like on a single core vps.

Even a NAT Vps would be fine. Prepare to get kicked though if you hogt too much CPU +IOPs

CPU usage will depend but 60-70% may be.. not constant 70-90 to death.

    RAM usage like 70-80%

I doubt Linux VPS providers cares about CPU unless a constant.

For example I used a 4 GB RAM vps for some multi threaded browser execution and the CPU is sometimes 30 sometimes 80. RAM 2.5 to 3 GB . No issues at all. There were 70-90 GUI thread.

Honest providers don't care about memory use.
But cpu might be fine as long as the average iops is like 100.
