SureI'm not joking. You are now feeling that the XX dollars you paid for (most probably) a multiple year weird deal was not a good choice.
You feel worried about your decision and you won't be putting anything critical there because a third major outage can happen again (no idea about that).
What if we say they are good for us? But what if that was true until a week ago and they have another incident and you lose data or clients or money?
If you are worried about their outages it is because they are not good for you. It can work for other users because it's so cheap, people have backups or redundancy and they can afford to have those outages, but maybe not you.
