Hi...our Windows NVME KVM VPS plans start at $7.95/month, and are on E5-2670 CPUs:

You can upgrade RAM as needed...
    .

Processor with 8k+ PassMark? You sure you want a VPS? The cheapest tend to be Hetzner Auction Servers for that much CPU, tho maybe a WSI or custom offer might be a viable option.

Yeah I looked at Hetzner but not too familiar with setting up a dedi server and its a bit pricey for what I am going to use it for. Cheapest being 40 euros plus 40 setup fee.

I'd be curious to know, what is your intended use?

Does location matter? Disk space? Bandwich?

Inquiring minds want to know. I notice you asked for something similar in a previous thread a couple months ago - https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/156418/looking-for-cheap-windows-vps/p1

Did you have any problems with the hosts suggested in that thread?

Looking to run multiple application(same) that uses 400-500mb.

My previous provider gave me a good deal however the issue was when I have ran a certain amount of app e.g. 10+ it will cause all of the app to slow down unable to move them around is an example. This has led me to look for a more powerful CPU I believe the one i used only had a power 5k bench mark processor

    multiple application

some more details might be helpful - both for analyzing technical aspects (such as would multiple cores or larger cache be helpful) - and also if there might be concerns from providers if something like traffic exchange or similar ...? (In which case better to work that out ahead of time rather than run into problems and lose service later.)

That said, have you checked BuyVM? They may still have stock in Luxembourg - I just got one on a new node with CPU E3-1270 v3 @ 3.50GHz, 16 MB cache ... $15 per month would get a slice with dedicated core + 4 GB ram + 80 GB SSD.

If you need more than that then perhaps also consider a cheap dedicated server from Hetzner (auction) or possibly kimsufi (if you can finagle a windows install, it might require some technical skills)

    EDIT2:

    Check Hetzner server auction: https://www.hetzner.com/sb

At the present moment, you should see several i7-2600 servers available for €21.85 per month, no setup fee

Keep in mind that our dedicated root servers (including auction servers) are completely unmanaged servers. The same is true for our Hetzner Cloud servers. If you're not very experienced with server setup/admin, then perhaps it would be better to go with a managed product, like one of these: https://www.hetzner.com/managed-server

Naturally, they will be more expensive, but they may save you manhours/stress/money in the long run.

If you do decide to go for one of our root servers, you may find some helpful tutorials here: https://community.hetzner.com/

We sell Windows licenses for our dedicated root servers (including auction servers), or you can use your own license if you have one already. We also now have Windows images in our ISO library for our Hetzner Cloud products. --Katie
