We've added Chicago as another location, we'll soon be deploying OpenVZ on the same. We're thinking of having the following plans, your suggestions are highly appreciated.

OpenVZ Virtualization 1 CPU Core 512 MB Memory 512 MB vSwap 10 GB Space (RAID10) 512 GB Bandwidth 1 IPv4 $18/year

OpenVZ Virtualization 2 CPU Cores 1 GB RAM 1 GB vSwap 20 GB Space 1 TB Bandwidth 1 Gbps Port 1 IPv4 $29/year

  • OpenVZ Virtualization 1 - $18/year

Good for me. I'm in for any provider that's reliable and offering >=128MB RAM for under $30/year. The "offers" section seems to be moving towards higher prices & higher specs, good to see some lower end offers.

  • Thanks much appreciated!

  • Don't forget to post offer 3 days later!!!

  • I don't think so as that would be a violation of the guidelines since the last offer we posted was on 24th Oct.

  • Do you do a yearly price on the 4GB

Can do but I guess would not be under $48. Do you need one?

  • Yes might do I have some sites on a shared server I would like to move
$48 sound very good for 4GB.

    Are you guys reliable

  • Yes we're reliable and our support staff will help you in every possible way, however $48/yr isn't possible but I can offer you some discount.

  • Node Spec.?

That's a test VPS it does have 4GB swap.

  • In all honesty, all plans have too much ram for my needs. I miss decent genuinely low-end plans...

What kind of plan were you looking for?

  • 256MB Ram and below really, 5GB disk and around 150-200gb B/W.

    What about the cost?

  • Whatever's financially viable for your business.

I'm agree with @Nekki. Low end vps (low end resources of course) with reasonable low end price (no too cheap) because of vps quality (not crowded, underload host node) would be great. And i'm prefer kvm virtualization too. :D
