Trying to figure out if there's a typo -- the two choices have the same RAM and CPUs?
What's CPU?
Based on the benchmarks in the OP, seems like the $2.90 option has 1 core and 1 GB ram. Also seems like they hide their cpu and the $2.90 option has hard limits on i/o usage.
