Currently cannot reach some destinations from psychz.net los angels location.

Did you open a ticket with them?
Their support team is usually faster in fixing issues when they know such issues exist, so letting them know is a good start.
I've seen this sort of thing before when they have issues with diversions (under attack?), or if your range is miss-configured (new setup?).
I'd suggest making a ticket. LET is not the Psychz helpdesk.
It seems the problem has been resolved after ~6 hours downtime according to my monitoring stat.
Unfortunately i do not have direct account with psychz.net. VPS provider did, i believe.
I forwarded this to George a few hours ago for them to investigate. Glad to hear they fixed the issue.
Rise Ticket to ISP, This is the only way to reslove.
