i can asurre you its free to make a complain , also this agency is OBLIGATED to fill the complain , itf the customer can proof his payment and his identity the minimal "fine" is 5000 lei wich is 1100 eur.

Whatever you could achieve with this thread has been achieved thanks to @gazduirenet acting the way they did (and looking like fraudsters now).
Plus you should consider what some long time LETters found out: publicity is publicity and usually threads like this one actually create revenue for the provider. That's one important reason why I mentioned better alternatives so that that business goes to better providers.
Also, from what I see your plan to make them refund you due to pressure created here failed. And turning to a consumer protection agency does not cost a lot of time and efforts. But hey, by any means do what you consider the right thing to do. I merely shared my thoughts here.

Let's expose this scammer.
As a neutral, at this point, it points to the hosting provider being an asshole. Regardless of whether the OP is eventually refunded, whatever means possible to stick it up to this particular host to make them feel some pain for stonewalling a small payment, it should be done. They have been asked repeatedly by various parties to provide proof of their claims (evidence of applicable Romanian laws, mobilpay.ro policy etc) but consistently refused. The weight of the evidence is against the host, and shitty racks should taste some of their own shit by the spadefuls.

This thread is already indexed by Google. They have received a ton more publicity than they could otherwise have gotten by paying, and they scammed $35 in the process. Whoever was replying this thread on behalf of the host has overshot his KPIs massively this year.
