    3) The mobilpay.ro is windrow the money to the host account in 30 days maximum (depend of the contract) and after this the host is fucked because if is a legit business hi need invoice for this ammount so need to declare it.

    TL;DR

    • If you need a VPS in Romania simply ask one of the professional companies like Hostsolutions, HostSailor,Virtono, etc.

    • Stay away from Gazduire. They are evidently liars and seem to defraud clients under made up pretexts and invented "laws" they fail to quote when asked.

    • Stay away from Gazduire. They can't possibly be a good provider because they need to attack and insult competitors incl. ones with a good reputation. A company having any positive arguments wouldn't need to do that.

    @gazduirenet you had your 5 minutes of fame - and you used it to look maximally bad and fraudulent.

    I don't care about your tos at this point since you make it up every time
    with new requirements.
    Maybe explain us about the EU database?

    the low is verry clear for me and for all romanian people/company , the contract is not start because you have not provided the service so is easy (if you want ) to make the full refund. The contract start when the service is provided. You have not provide 1 second service .. so the contract is nulled .

    @luckypenguin the OPC autority (protection of the customer office) is obligated to investigate this for you and beleve me the more cheap "fine" is arrownd 1000 eur so i dont think the host is perfere to pay this instead of refund you , so in the wrost case you will need to wait until the money is in his banck account and fill this complain.

    Basically he says - he is from another country so he cannot do anything to a Romanian host anyway, I can steal his money. It's not like he is going to come to Romania and find
    a lawyer for 35$.

    You said you must send the ID to Mobilpay to refund (another lie).

    We are not instructing mobilpay to refund you if their claims are true. We are doing you a service regarding our tos but you just bash us!

    Don't you see that you are wasting your time? You should follow @cociu 's advice and turn to the romanian|european consumer protection agency. Don't worry, you need not be in the EU for that. They are, and that's enough.

  • I wonder what is better in the long run for Gazduire.net, stealing 35$ and making
    this thread indexed as a nice review (which I will transfer to WHT and other places as well) or just refund. In any case this doesn't make him sound like a legit provider.
