Seems fairly ok. Doesn't scream "SCAM!" on the first page of google search.
Lots of hosts do.
Read reviews and some of them stated that 5 Star reviews were bought. Not sure if it’s true though.
Yes, Host Hatch has bought something from them...

Thank you. Doesn’t like good for them.
i've had great support and services with Psychz
Psychz is fairly well known and has their own data centers in several locations around the world.
Host Hatch's experience aside, they do seem to be a step above ColoCrossing (the standard of low-end infrastructure providers) in quality and ability.

Use them or not, it's up to you.
After all, it's your money and your life.
Psychz is excellent. We use them in several locations. Safe purchase from them, you can proceed accordingly...

Rented servers are kinda expensive now, but they are good.
What kind of service and for how long?
I am just afraid that I'll have a horrible experience with them.
I agree, I’ll have to think about it.
Thank you. How long have you been using them for?
Thank you.
Not the best, not the worst.
Really only viable for Colo, don't see the point renting with other equivalent or better alternatives.
Many years, but for Colocation only.

They arent a scam. A very long time ago (5+ years) they had a really bad (and well deserved from my observation on the receiving end at the time) reputation for spam, DDoS attacks and general bad actor stuff. They successfully cleaned up their act many years ago though from my observations.
Network has been improving recently. I've also been informed they took on some really big clients this year. @WilliamProfuse has my list of kudo's and complaints so he already knows my review.
They arent perfect network & software wise (I've had quite a discussion recently with William) but at-least they don't sit plan to sit idle and do plan on resolving their known issues (mostly minor, I have high standards). Support can be a weak point if you are renting for business it can be quite difficult to get issues resolved (this is where negotiating contacts with higher tier employees can come in).
Their pricing model can be a little on the expensive side, particularly if ordering off the menu.
I recently got a new server with them (this week) and was actually impressed with the delivery speed (<12 hours from payment) and the configuration was correct (including some difficult aspects). The hardware you get with them is always correct, if they can't provision you what you order you also get a free upgrade typically (I've got a few 16GB->32GB upgrades this way). So that's always nice.
Disclaimer: Slight bias, we use them (so clearly we have confidence) and I've met the owner and lead admin (William) when he was here in Australia. Switched on bloke, especially in the hardware area.
Psychz is very good. Generally speaking, I have had really good uptime with them, good hardware, etc. Where they lack is support. Their support staff is very clearly outsourced. Their English is lacking, and what should take one or two exchanges to fix often takes significantly longer, because they fail to grasp the English language.
Getting information regarding outages (mind you they don't happen often at all...they are extremely rare) has felt like pulling teeth sometimes. "The senior support staff have fixed the issue," etc. is the answer to outages. Eventually when the American owners get around to it, we get the actual answer as to what happened.
But still very happy with them.
I've been using them personally since 2014 with services in Ashburn and Dallas. I've noticed little downtime with them and their support has always been relatively good. We have had a few hiccups with them but other than that they are a great provider.
Don't expect too much from their IPv6 network.... But except that I have no advice!
Thank you guys for leaving feedback and reviews! That was very helpful.
