500gb HDD ish dedi or vps needed

Need it for torrent downloading from private tracker, and moving the files to a different server. Must be running windows. I can provide my own iso and do not want to pay for a license.

Location doesnt matter, as long as the connection to Hetzner frankfurt is decent.

Hit me with offers, as cheap as possible.
