I'm looking for a VPS preferably in East coast from a provider peered with Level3.

I'd mostly use it as a VPN and low latency project so a minimum 256MB RAM, 500GB TRANSFER, suitable for openvpn. Looking for a maximum 3USD/mo offer.

I checked that. I need looking glass so I can ping/traceroute from that LG server to a target server that I have no shell access
