DO has some $10 coupons floating around and iirc Linode has some $20 coupons around. You can use my aff link to get $50 (available for 30 days) credit too.

    Edit :
    Linode : https://vncoupon.com/linode-coupon-promotion-codes-free-credit/
    DO : https://vncoupon.com/digitalocean-coupon-and-promo-codes-free-credit/

    • I am not affiliated with vncoupon in any way. I just googled and found xD

a couple months ago @leapswitch offered a trial for a service with hourly billing

    https://www.lowendtalk.com/discussion/155573/usa-india-anything-as-a-service-pay-for-what-you-consume-free-trial/p1

I have not tried it to say snything about quality but it did look interesting so maybe worth seeing if hey're still offering that system

Also ... (looking for more options not yet listed in the earlier post by @Radi)

    mivocloud

(note: mivocloud seemed a bit quick to ask me to send id for verification so I have not bothered to try them. yet.)

mnx.io (in Michigan) - high-quality service, not cheap but more-or-less reasonably priced for hourly billing. (About 1.4 cents per hour for smallest configuration, would be $10 per month.) Their pricing for storage is really good though for hourly rate (about 2.8 cents per ssd-cached TB per hour, includes a 2 GB/2 vCPU instance). Last time I checked they didn't take paypal - only billing post-paid via credit card.

also there is packet.net - more enterprisey than low-end - ie, bare-metal servers with gpu, etc. I have an account with them but for whatever reason have not gotten around to actually trying their stuff out. (I'm leary of accidentally running up a large bill with them I think.)

nocix also has some dedicated servers with hourly billing

    EDIT2:

Lunanode has of course already been mentioned a few times above, but +1 for their service anyway.
