Cheap russian vps providers similar to justhost?
I'm looking to buy one vps from each provider that have russian VPS under 2$ just to test it out and find which one of the best for the money

No. At that moment when @Kiwi83 tries site was down. I check'ed it from Russia.
I remember 2x4.ru was pretty well known back then. If I remember correctly netengi has a VPS node in their datacenter, incase you cannot figure out how to sign up at 2x4
EDIT: but theyre more expensive than 2 Dollars a month, more like 5+/m
