Hi, I'm looking for a script which will display a table on one PHP script it will have separate columns.
Also anyone should be able to add information into the tables by simply filling in a form.
Something like this.

This can be done using MySQL and PHP + HTML tables
It's not very hard to do/make
Example: http://vmtemplate.net <-- The table you see on the website is done with MySQL and PHP
