Well, people use RDP from VPSs using E3s and E5s and AFAIK they don't have integrated GPUs

IIRC the last time I rented a vultr dedi (E3), RDP worked (not a ryzen but should be similar?), but you might want to contact support to make sure
GPUs not needed for RDP. Knock yourself out
