No, The absolute minimum threshold would be 15 posts in at least 3 months, which is a bit more than 1 per week and people still complain.

The goal is, to have active forum accounts, not inactive.

HAProxy is now experimental available in Canada, you can add records over the NanoKVM Panel.

Currently only http is supported, it gets updated hourly.
Let me know how it works out.
