i had one reseller with myserverplanet from last 9 months suddenly they suspend that without any notification i contacted support they dont share any kind of reason except our senior admin will handle this case and then after 58 Hours senior admin was there and he said we already informed you about that ( abuse Report) i said share the proof but he dont. bcz there was nothing almost all my data gone and now they deleted my account too
nicholas blocked me from Skype too
Even dont refund me the invoice
No Backup
First i have one dedicated server with them the same thing was happen even i dont setup anything on that except cpanel and it was crashed
I dont recommend any one to buy anything from them
please suggest me anything about legal process against them

MyServerPlanet (and UK1Host by extension) are scam companies now. Best to avoid at all costs.
As far as legal process, I doubt much could be done. Especially when were talking about LowEnd pricing, it's just not worth the legal costs or effort. I'm sure you can find Nick's info in Companies House if you really wanted to proceed, though.
Were you paying them to backup your data?

If you don't have a backup, then you're screwed. You should always have at least two different nodes.
