Need KVM VPS in Colorado

Hey guys and gals,
I am in need of a KVM/XEN/VMware VPS in Denver Colorado or any other Colorado location. Basically anything that lets me load a custom kernel module. The requirements are:
1cpu (if its super old - then Id need 2)
512+ ram
10+gb storage
1gbps port
2TB out traffic (or 4TB in+out).
My budget for this is around the $7 mark.

Unfortunately they seem to cap the port speed at 100Mbps, I need 300 at least, 1G preferably
