Anyone using GitBook for Knowledgebase/Documentation?
It looks quite neat: https://www.gitbook.com/
Clean & Responsive. Any experiences with that? Feel free to post your knowledgebase powered by GitBook if you have one

I looked into it, but since they decided to stop maintaining their FOSS CLI, I've personally gone for the non-commercial mdbook for hosting documentations, which is pretty similiar to Gitbook.
I know it's not what you're asking for, but it may be worth it to take it into consideration.
I've used Grav with the Learn2 theme: https://github.com/getgrav/grav-theme-learn2
Yes until I realized the desktop client was abandoned.
Now I use this:
I fucked something on that windows7 image and it has no interwebs, been thinking of replacing it with a stripped windows10 install
I've been thinking of using the api by oneonte online to make a cms or embed them as html
Never used it, but it looks nice.
Using Evernote for personal how-to and knowledge-base.
While it's not specifically designed for this use-case, it does the job for me.
I already have enough tools - so no motivation to look into this one
No.

We have a new project coming soon and decided to go with Gitbook for documenting - mostly for tutorials and hosting guides
was on my radar, but finally went with jekyll and base cloudcannon theme
Using Grav with Learn2 for a project on podcasting. Also like using Datenstrom/Yellow in particular
