o be exact - we're giving more than writing: all cores are 3,4 GHz, so you're getting 4x cores with 3,4 GHz each, to sum up = 13,6 Ghz.
Thank you for your feedback, we're planning to update VDS pricing and specs soon, I'm sorry if it is confusing, but it's more convenient way to show how much Exact CPU resources you're getting instead of just writing "4 cores" (which may be 1,8 GHz)/each). However just like I said, we're planning huge update, so there will be more detailed info and upcoming discounts
