Sadly in Portugal we don't have much offer, i would say:
www.ptisp.pt is the "biggest" in Domestic/Small/Enterprise company with the best offer.
www.ptservidor.pt small company in a bit expensive.
Dominios.pt discontinued the VPS line and all the other big ones have datacenters in France, Italy, etc (Amen, OVH).
Leapswitch used to have VPS in Portugal.
Would like to see more offers but is not easy for a provider here to have cheap services.
There will be in very near future. ofcourse still won't be the cheapest,tho
@MikePT could probably say more about the VPS situation in Portugal, but I don't think that they have LET prices there.
I can actually get a few VM's here.

In terms of pricing, definitely not within LET budget.
