VPS in Europe, personal use, Docker apps
I am looking for a VPS in Europe to host several personal (1-2 concurrent users max) Docker apps that require a little bit of parallel power for multiple operations. Usage is mostly parallel computation (as an example, one Docker app is Huginn). CPU time is likely not intensive most of the times. No intensive file download/upload operation is foreseen.
Here are my requirements:
LOCATION: Europe.
VIRTUALIZATION: Anything that makes using Docker easy (example: KVM)
CPU: >= 4 vCores
RAM: >= 4GB
STORAGE: >= 80GB (100GB would be better. Anything snappier than single HDD should work)
PORT SPEED: >= 100mbit/s
BANDWIDTH: >= 5TB (this is actually an extreme case. I am OK with less but it should be a soft limit)
BUDGET: around 10EUR/month with VAT. Anything lower goes. But I can go up to 15EUR/month with VAT for very good offers that exceed my requirements and would allow me to grow my apps in the future.

Thank you for your offer. This goes however a bit to the opposite direction, that it provides one thread of a decent CPU. I am looking for 4 cores (virtual is fine) even if less powerful than a E3 1246v3. Also, I am not sure about storage, which HDD configuration that one is.
Oh no problem. About the storage, both the HDDs and SSDs are in RAID 1, and will appear as two separate devices on the VM
