You can't change the primary domain, so there's limited benefit. I think they'll add more limitations to legacy going forward as well, like adding users, etc.
I still have some accounts. I can sell few of them. But use them with your own risks xD

Why would you want legacy? It has limited features, no unlimited storage and partially working Google photos.
I have few domains in legacy plans idling.
