Hire an admin then. Cheap remote management team can only do generic stuff within boundaries of what Cpanel can do.

Most VPS providers will have a cPanel template which takes care of the installation, then all that's required is for you to secure/harden it and go through the initial setup. Ongoing management can be done through a company as suggested above.
Is there any particular reason you can't manage it yourself?
I'm confused. PSM does install cPanel on a VPS and manages it. Are you looking for a fleet of virtualization's to be managed or is this just 1 install?

PSM are pretty good at managing servers and will install o/s etc....
KnownHost are great for providing managed VPS’s with cPanel.
I would not recommend host4geeks. There are some reviews on WHT.
Whatever you choose at least do offsite backups.
Found them on google actually and then remembered that I've heard about them somewhere. Didn't know where though. Not a recommendation so to speak (no experience with them) but a desperate attempt at meeting OPs budget (that is before he mentioned he'd like 200GB SSD 6 cores 8GB RAM)

I am sorry but I am not very familiar with hosts offering US locations. I think Impact Shared / Impact VPS have quite the good reputation?!
SpeedyKVM has packages in Dallas with 200GB SSD, won't match the other specs though.
Or better use a dedicated server.
