Scaleway BareMetal: Unable to connect via SSH & Getting Closed Socket Errors in Browser Console
Hey guys,
I have a Baremetal with Scaleway and I'm facing some issues since the past few hours now. I'm not sure what's wrong and what are my options to fix the issue at this point. I have already submitted a ticket but haven't heard back anything yet.
I'm unable to connect via SSH, it's giving me Network error: Software caused connection abort in PuTTY and WinSCP. The websites that are hosted on it are giving me database errors. The browser console is showing following errors - https://screenshots.firefox.com/gPguE10p7nyq54q6/cloud.scaleway.com
Not sure what are my options here? Should I hard reboot from their panel? And If I do so what are the chances of data loss?
Any help or suggestions appreciated.

did you check your email? they just announced hardware faults about an hour ago so you cant have given them much time to respond.

I guess you have a different issue, its a super budget host though so a day or so to respond is not surprising, especially over this period and today being Sunday.
Noob question. Is bare metal same as dedicated server?
