$1499.95 for 50 domains is a bit expensive.....
dirk.
Take a look at ClouDNS - @BoyanPeychev used to be active here a while back.
They're an excellent (paid) provider and I think pretty much cover everything you need including being able to import records as well as use them as secondary DNS and you can push from your own private master as well.
cloudflare ???
Yes. I don't know about 50 domains though...
PS: Yes, i've gotten lazy. Had you asked me a few years ago, i would've said named.
If you can wait few days (till the 6th of January) we will have massive birthday promo (up to 50%)

I've been using CloudNS for a few years now. They're really good. DNS updates only take around a minute to propagate across their entire network. I've got 51 domains with them.
Rage4 has been a favorite around here. I've been planning to move my own DNS to digital ocean, which is free and has an API.
dnsmanager.io
Free multicast dns with dnssec, api, ddns and other nice stuff.
if you have a budget just do it yourself; a low cost vps can handle 50 domains easily with as many slaves as you want.
for free; cloudflare.
no. you can buy 1x business package at $59.90/year includes 25 domains and 10M queries/month plus 25x 1.95/yr additional domains mean $110 per year. dme is a great service.
in case you need geo you can go with constellix or route53.

Cloudns have all, you need
How come no one has mentioned Cloudns yet?
Vote up for Cloudns!
I did it, 2 times
Zilore, of course!
nothing wrong with using cloudflare for dns and bulk adding domains is easy via Cloudflare API. I wrote a guide on how I bulk add domains to Cloudflare before transferring the domains to Cloudflare Domain Registrar at https://community.centminmod.com/threads/cloudflare-domain-registrar-transfers-reduced-my-costs-by-37.16038/
yandex dns is free
+1 for Cloudns
ClouDNS here, too.
At least +1 for ClouDNS from me, too.
Maybe @BoyanPeychev might think about another discount.
Cloudflare

I like to use nsd. It works with bind zones and the config is less 1990s to deal with. Also, DNSSEC. That's kind of cool.
Your domain registrar should have a DNS service already included with your domains.
