512MB ram,10 GB HDD, 100Mb/s Unmetered, DMCA ignored

I am looking for a DMCA ignored VPS with this specifications
1- KVM.
2- 512MB-1GB ram.
3- 10 GB HDD (for less costs).
4- 100Mb/s or more (the connectivity should be stable, cause that's all I'm relying on).
the servers gonna be used for a FREE VPN service which anyone can access (usually the most illegal thing they will do is breaking DMCA law).
The budget is $10 monthly
If you don't offer unmetered bandwidth but meet the other requirements, please comment how much gonna cost 1TB extra bandwidth

"I need server for illegal downloading of videos and software. Don't want to be harassed when I am caught breaking the law. Who will help me break the law? Oh and I also plan to run an open VPN for any tom dick and child porno looking at, hairy to utilize my connection for even more nefarious things and I don't intend to pretend to give a fuck what they do, so you better not bother me when the feds show up at your door to confiscate the hardware.

No one in their right fucking mind is going to volunteer to openly host both illegal content and allow you to allow others to break the law while utilizing their service unfiltered. Well, there is one host here, but I would argue he isn't in his right mind anyways.
Long and short, no host (except maybe 1) is going to come here and make an offer to you.
Honestly, it is kinda #DICK that you didn't realize this your self before posting this, as it has been gone over here about 12312347681267816723412 times in the past.
P.S. These threads are indexed in Google, do you think any host with a brain wants to be indexed offering service to people who plan to openly use them illegally? Let me give you a hint, the answer is "NO".

His uptime for servers are amazing for the price (not the storage one, but standard ones)
you could just say "need a host that ignore DMCA" , and you won't get all these negative posts. But, you went with a very straight to the point post and you deserved it.
Good luck. A VPN service attracts abuse, especially a free one. And you should use dedicated servers whenever possible regarding VPN servers.

@TheLinuxBug it's not a FREE EASY service. you will have to register and wait for your account to be confirmed. I will do as much as I can to block torrent activities, but as we all know torrent made to be unblockable. my action to those users who downloading illegal stuff will be banned. my issue is with the hoster will they give me the chance every time? I believe most of them will not allow more than 2 DMCA report.
