OP mentions he can only sell BOTH licenses at the same time. Accepting Western Union and bank transfer only, which are non disputable transactions. Registered a few months ago, buyer be aware.

the whmcs is ugly!
I thinks it’s not right to transfer your account to someone else as you still able to report that someone hacked in into your account and to me personally I do think something is not right here. As it’s exactly the same as transfer bank account to someone else name without any supporting docs like change of name.
@madel Provide proof you can't transfer them from whmcs or ill close this thread.
He has already said he can't and must sell the account.

1- The bank account holder is my name in their account and I can provide a ticket confirming the transfer of the account data to the new owner
2- My account has been in place since 2011 and the licenses have been in place since 2012 and I have not changed the name at all since registering the account

It is against TOS of WHMCS to sell or transfer owned license and WHMCS will even not change the email on file, i was just trying to change from personal email to company email for my owned license and they clearly denied it
He's trying to sell his account (which is against their TOS).
