Looking for vps in Latin America

As title said I'm looking for an vps in Latin America, I know it won't be cheap but here is my needs.

• to don't be openvz
  -512 MB ram
  -1 core cpu
  -100 Mbps port or even 1gb (shared both)
  -20 gb disk space
  -atleast 500gb traffic
• must be running on Telefonica network
  -1 clean ip

I can pay 15 euros monthly for it max for this specs

Maybe in a datacenter in Brazil, but I see it difficult with that price

How much then I should expect to pay for that specs?

You are better off using a VPS in Florida either from a provider that uses HiVelocity or Quadranet. They both have good routes to LATAM.

I'm afraid this won't work as I need it to run on Telefonica network.
