I have general question for all, what should you consider first while choosing a hosting provider?

• Clients Reviews?
• Hosters DataCenters?
• Technology They Are Using?
• Live Chat Support?
• HelpDesk Support?
• How Long They Are In The Business?
• Else?

Price and speccs.. You only need support when host fucks up something which happens like never if its established hosting provider.

You need to specify what the hosting is for. Your hobby? Your money making business?

Being this is LET we tend to consider price first but even so have standards as to minimum availability.

Forget reviews. They are not trustworthy nowadays.

Just google search the host's name a bit and see how many "Scam, down, sucks, bad, LET of LET" comes up. If more than 5, forget it.

For me, all of the below, in no particular order:

*Price - competitiveness for the location, quality, service type, etc
*Datacentre Location(s)
*Support type - True 24/7 Ticket, Live Chat & Phone Support (I'll usually test it first)
*Have I heard of them before?
*Online reviews - while most hosts have a lot of bad reviews, it's usually obvious which ones ONLY have bad reviews
*The types of services offered by the host - Tend not to go with a host that only offers shared hosting, etc.
*Scalability - if required
*Well structured ToS/AUP/Privacy Policy - Not some stock copy & paste job

There are a few things you want to look at. Once how long is the company been around. Are they a real company or a fly by night type of gig. Then look at reviews for that company that you are thinking of going with. Then look at the type of support. Open a ticket ask questions see how they respond. Then price. Best of luck
