What is your budget on this?

We do have our NVME SSD KVM VPS service available in Buffalo, NY, which has Telia connectivity. We also have a Piscataway NJ site, closer to NYC, but without direct Telia transit...but which may still have lower latency to Telia depending on destination.

We're on Choopa's network which has telia, NTT, gtt and level 3. Not NYC, but in the NY metropolitan area.

New Jersey gets no respect. You are at Choopa in Piscataway NJ, ( https://www.choopa.com/overview/datacenter/ ) about 10 miles (and 1ms or so) from lower Manhattan, yes ?

    Secacus NJ ?

Host Hatch in in the Equinix NY2 datacenter ( https://hosthatch.com/features#datacenters https://www.equinix.com/locations/americas-colocation/united-states-colocation/new-york-data-centers/ny2/ ) in Secacus NJ, right across from Manhattan and closer than some parts of Manhattan are to other parts of Manhattan. They apparently have Telia - http://lg.ny.hosthatch.com/ .

I traced your test ip i got mix of cogentco & gtt !
    no Telia at all

Is there a reason why you want Telia over any other providers?
Just wondering as we are currently in the process of testing out some more network providers for our New York blend.

Incoming and outgoing traces can sometimes take different routes.
You've provided no reason why you specifically need Telia, nor a way to show routes to/from the specific IP you are trying to test this from.
