We launched today a one week offer which give you free setup fees (value 50€ ex.VAT) on a selection of SoyouStart essential servers (FR / CA datacenters)

Servers concerned begins at 49,99€ ex.VAT/months, they are tagged in the server list.

When we re-enabled setup fees we lowered our prices and renewed the whole range

When can change to 500Mpbs?

You will be upgraded to 500Mbps automatically, it just takes some times to do it on 350k servers.. the upgrade of bandwidth will runs for couple of weeks

@ninzo59 Any idea if we'll be seeing the HOST-LE boxes in other DCs (mostly interested in BHS)? Want to jump on board but don't have much use for it in the UK.

HOST-LE has only been made for the UK Datacenter. We didn't plan any server like this on BHS (for the moment at least)

SoYouStart setup fees are back? The campaign on website still shows as ongoing.

When checking out, it adds the setup fees in.

Indeed, thats why there is the mention: "Free setup - this promotion will be applied automatically to your purchase order" at the top of the "order summary" page

Is it possible to contact/talk to the technician who sets the computer up? Might be willing to increase the fee a bit (like give them 75 instead of 50€)
