I saw no downtime in last 4 months, the support is pretty good too.

I want a persistent 512M $20.28 yealy plan.
A feature suggest: billing period unified.
For example, Aliyun let user choose a unified billing day, like February 1st of each year, then sync all VM invoice to that day.
You may not understand the benefits when user could add credit to account.
This is very straightforward. I only need to spend one time each year to check the bill and remind my clients to renew at January 20.
It's even better if you add a feature to sync VM specs, like all 512M-30G-500G
