None is related to NodeJS... you are better off with a raw VPS managed through terminal... or hire a sysadmin to set it up for you.
Heroku/Google Cloud are the only ones I know of.
I believe that CloudLinux released Node support for cPanel (I’m guessing that it’s only included with CL as cPanel does not support it natively).
We offer node.js on our nvme cpanel shared hosting.
