It means suppose if you order the OVZ1 or VPS1 package and use coupon "UPGRADE" you will get free upgrade to OVZ2 or VPS2 package depending upon what you ordered

It is still unclear if all specs will be upgraded. You mention 10G disk space for VPS 2, but it should be 30G if I understand correctly?
