There's no need. I emailed support email more than once with a gmail account. no response for weeks. You can try for yourself.

No because it requires a login. It was a sales question. Either way; I do not want a provider if I need to login to submit a ticket as I would not have the credentials with me all the time. If it requires login than you shouldn't list it on your template as accepting email.

OVZ can't do FUSE, host has 2.6.32 kernel, latest debian image is Debian 8.0... refund requested.
I have VPS (Netherlands) and since few days there is network problem, no answer to my ticket since 24 hours at all. That's really not professional, I am surprised, because thought VMBox is serious company.
