Cheap dedicated server, for gameserver / high cpu usage

Hello i need a real cheap dedicated server with high cpu power.
It will be used as gameserver, teamspeak, & other Cpu/Network intensive things.

My budget is low,
I prefer US/EU locations
100mbps min
4gb ram min
Good processor (4 cores, 3ghz+)

Well you never mentioned an actual budget so how are we supposed to know what's too expensive?

4GB RAM, 3GHz+ processor, with a budget that considers $40/month as "a bit too much". Quite tough I must say.

It's located in Kansas City.

4GB RAM, 2x Opteron 2216 processors @ 2.4GHz though.

There is no such server. The cheapest you'll ever find is online.net for that 4 x 3Ghz requirement. Your next best bet is hetzner's server bidding.

Its a cpu intensive server.. 3-3,5Ghz+ each core, min 2 cores
Small disk space, like 2-4gb ram min.
just a normal 100mbps connection will do it
