Pseudo-documental you mean? "Parks and Recreation". Have you seen " IT Crowd"? Very nice. And "Black books" is unbeatable.

IT Crowd is great^^
Watch "Community". One of the best surreal comical series ever on tv, with tons of referrals to movies and other series.
Also, similar humor and way of shooting has "Scrubs", excellent comical hospital show.

Community, The Good Place, Young Sheldon are three that come to mind.
Right now re-viewing "Big Bang Theory". Young Sheldon is next (never seen, knew about it in BBT description recently. good feedbacks).
Community and The Good Place is what always seems to pop up also on reddit^^
I see people have already mentioned 'The IT crowd' , PnR, Scrubs.
It's hard to come by shows with the same pseudo-documentary style.
