Alpharacks quite slow support

I ordered VPS and paid invoice 3 days ago, but i still havent received VPS info. I tried to contact them via ticket and also live chat but no luck.

Does anyone have same issue with them these days?

Should i file Paypal dispute?

I do not see any pending paid orders in our system or any support tickets regarding this matter that are open... can you please PM me with a ticket number so I can look and provide further details regarding this matter?

Our services with the exception of dedicated servers are instantly provisioned, so my speculation would be that you paid via 2Checkout, and 2CO refunded/declined your order so it didn't pass a successful IPN pass to our billing system.

and sometime refund takes a week to show at your end for 2CO refunded/declined transactions
