openvpn installatin script is it safe?

It seems some people use that script to install open vpn but is that safe? How do they trust it?

If you really doubt you can just read the ~900 lines on your own.

Just set it up yourself. There's plenty of tutorials if you need assistance.
Yes, after Microsoft bought out Github, they silently replaced various links to backdoors due to their obligations to FBI.

Been discussed many times. Angristan's fork is not better. Google github issues about it.

If the OpenVPN is so complicated to install try the Pritunl, the most easiest installation steps.
Try wireguard, it is a very simple VPN
What is meaning of safe for you? You can read the code also and decide if acceptable. I use Nyr code and seems good
