Feedback on netcup's (shared) Webhosting plans?

Does anyone has an experience with netcup's (shared) Webhosting plans (https://www.netcup.eu/hosting/)?
It's the only shared hosting I know of that has support for Python, Ruby on Rails, and NodeJS (if I'm missing other hosts, please chime in) and I'm hoping for any feedback about it, especially from long-term users.
They also claim it to be highly-available being hosted in the cloud, although I can't find a specific documentation of their setup.

Never use their shared host, but their vps (root server) solid as a rock. 1,5 y with them, 0 headache
