    Xen? Can you dm me test ip singapore + indonesia? (real range, not upstream or provider's)?
    Also what is bandwidth? Shared unmetered? Any fair use? Is IPv6?

    Sent. Bandwidth is 1G on port and network, as well. We have our own looking glass (as previously sent to you through DM), not our upstreams, thus you can try testing the file and mind if you could share. We own our IPs and ASN (and IPLC) throuhg Jakarta and Singapore, also. Thanks

    Unmetered bandwidth for that location seems amazing. Would love to see some good limit like 1-2TB.

    indihome fiber? are you using wifi ? try use cable to computer
    120ms local indonesia is not good

    i can get 4,5ms for jkt and 15ms for sg (biznet metronet jakarta)

    Average numbers:

    FlowVPS - 146ms
    OVH Sydney - 89ms

    Downloading 1Gb test file
    FlowVPS - 1.80 MB/s
    OVH Sydney - 11.3 MB/s

    Same OS, kernel and setup in both cases.

    @asv any chance you could submit a ticket with the return routes too? Looks like both us and OVH use Telstra Global to reach @winnervps.

    @bap seen similar problem? As to 103.28.74.59 was the "fixed hop" (has been resolved yet from what I've seen)
    This is outgoing traffic to your ISP (the last incoming traffic would be interesting to see, how it was fixed)

    Using Xen HVM it is possible, even to run FreeBSD. You can mount and run ISO through Xen HVM. The current promo is for Xen PV.

    I bought a VPS yesterday, the speed is not good, and connection is unstable. And I guess, as a new costumer, I am eligible for a full refund if I am not satisfied with the service. But, after many tickets, and uploading screen shots of the latency and ping results, I still can't get the refund, is this how you do business?

    If possible, please help me. Don't always asking me upload various unnecessary 'proof', just stick with your policy, OK?

    @Danielee. We will do the refund for you. Never did we do any refund on the promotions, as stated in the terms (as we refund for regular pricing - and case by case).

    But if you insist, we will do it for you. Just to notice, that you'll no longer be able to purchase from your paypal's email address from us.

    Here is what said in TOS:

    We will gladly provide a refund on any new service ordered if you request a refund within 3 days of the date your service is provisioned due to behaviour of the business model. Refund will only be valid to new customers using the first service and will only be available under a good faith and any legal use on the subject. Refunds that fall outside of this policy will be considered on a case by case basis.

    Method of refund:
    Refunds will typically be made to the same account that the original payment was made. In the event that our payment processor does not allow us to refund the payment, refunds will either be made via paypal or check. Customer can also opt to have a refund applied as a credit against future service charges.

    No where can I find policy about promo non-refunding policy.

    You didn't answer my ticket timely, always asking for more proof, except for after my posting here and then you issued a partial(techniquely or literally ) refund.

    Anyways, truth told, and still many thanks to this forum and Winnervps
