Luna Node
Luna Node provides high quality unmanaged VPS hosting at an affordable price. We exclusively use KVM on all plans for the greater control that it gives users. At the moment we're offering various plans in Chicago with 512 MB to 8192 MB memory. We take payments through PayPal (either through PayPal account or credit card) and Bitcoin.
Budget VPS and Plus KVM plans come with RAID10 HDD storage, and can be assigned 5 IPv4 addresses (/29) for an additional $0.75/month or 13 IPv4 addresses (/28) for an additional $3.00/month (justification required). SSD KVM plans come with a single IPv4 address and SSD storage. SSD KVM is backed up weekly.
On Budget VPS, we offer a custom VM control panel that features the typical management options (although we're currently still using SolusVM for our SSD KVM plans). Servers are provisioned out of SingleHop's Chicago datacenter (CHI-2).
All plans come with a free single-domain/wildcard AlphaSSL certificate (additional certificates are $2/yr). cPanel VM licenses are available at $10/mo.
Custom ISO's are available if you open a ticket on all plans. Windows available on SSD KVM with BYOL.

Yes -- we offer one free SSL certificate (either single-domain or wildcard) with the purchase of a VPS; additional certificates can be purchased at $2/year.
The only restriction is that you can have at most one free and four purchased SSL certificates per active service. This restriction is applied at the time that you request/purchase another SSL certificate. What this means: you can cancel your VPS and keep your SSL certificate(s), but buying one VPS, cancelling, and then buying another does not give two free SSL certificates. It also means certificate renewals for free certificates are free if you keep your VPS.
News letter (by Email) scripts is allowed ?
Unsolicited bulk email is illegal in the United States (and most other countries) and is not allowed. If a user manually requests to be added to your newsletter then that's fine.
I'm a fan. Lunanode works hard to be unique.
By the way, all Budget and Plus plans include a private IP address that can be used for communication between VPS at unmetered (within reason) 1gbit speeds. SSD KVM currently does not include this.
@perennate Will you do a OpenVZ 128 MB VPS plan for $15/year? Other minimum specs I require are 5 GB Disk Space, 150 GB Bandwidth, 1 IPv4 Address.
