Looks like they charge to host your DNS. Just setup a free CloudFlare account and point DNS there
They're the oldest if not the first registrar for the .ca namespace, so I'm not surprised if they're still sticking with the model where they only do NS delegations as a registrar and that's it.
They charge domain name and then charge DNS records? It sounds like “Double Dipping”.
What would customer do if there was no CloudFlare free version? Need to pay extra fee for DNS records.
I jumped on this webnames.ca because they have 5 years domain for under $10. Didn't know they want extra for DNS.
just get cloudflare and be done with it
Which ones are on sale? I see some for $1.99 but looks like they're only 1 year.
