Collaboratively allowing access to users to common company mail on gsuite
Howdy,
I have two users [email protected] and [email protected] in gsuite. There is a common company account such as [email protected].
I'm trying to allow both the users to access this email, manage it (reply etc) but with collaboration to other user. User2 must know that user1 has already replied to a mail and vice-versa. I'm unable to get specific document on gsuite knowledgebase, anyone aware how I can do so?

This may work but use the conversation view so that the other user will know if the mail have been replied.
