any webhosting special offer now?

last year I take a hostgator $0.01/year webhosting, now is almost endtime, so wondering any webhosting special offer?
I think some guys have some misunderstanding.

1. I could accept a payment less than $6/year. of course cheaper is better. and I just said an example, $0.01/year offerred by hostgator.

2.I don't want a VPS, but a webhosting, with Cpanel or directadmin.

3.better big and stable companies. as I want to host the webhosting for over 1 year.

④. 1GB disk,over 500MB mysql. and remote access for mysql. could host over 5 site.

5.need apache used for PHP 5.2.17

$0.01/year? Bloody hell... so you're basically looking for free hosting? Cause at that price the provider gets literally zero income.

Closest match I can think of is Gullo's hosting for $1/year, but even that is 100 times over your budget.

sure $1 for one year is nice two. I just saying that last year I get a special offer of $0.01.
not asking for $0.01. cheap is ok. or less than $6 one year is ok. i want a webhosting , not a vps.
