recently ordered first-root.com service and service is awesome and VPS was delivered in no time,online care support is good as well,they help quickly.

Yet have no encountered ticket service i hpe i dont have to use it

I'm digging how this thread's topic somehow changed direction...

Not to derail this thread (haha!) but +1 for First Root. I have a two-month old HDD KVM with them (one of their old plans) that is chugging along quite well. I agree with the OP that support is great, with (really) quick replies on tickets.

Yes absolutely and i too give +1 for good service.I am yet to see more of it but comparatively they have fast service and good support.
