Hi - any good suggestions for a provider?

Looking for a host for a non-profit I work with - hoping for a low-cost provider that can also provides fast (~10 hrs) response on tickets.

Ramnode. I use rsync for backups.

@imok Do they have any promo code for shared hosting? $4/mo seems somewhat expensive to me :(

I think they don't run promos.

I haven't used BuyShared, but people say is a good option. They are cheaper but I'm not sure about rsync availability https://buyshared.net/shared-cpanel-hosting/

Buyshared does reliably take backups of their servers often, maybe manually backing up once in a while will be enough?

We have rsync, ssh, git, etc :)

We got plenty of people that use https://github.com/etiennerached/backup-whm-cpanel-reseller-account to keep their own cpmove's.

@Francisco fits perfect for this request.

Thanks for the tool @Francisco. I have a doubt you will probably solve faster than an own test: if I've used 95% of my disk allocation, I still can take a backup? I mean, cPanel generated backups count for the disk quota? That configuration depends on the provider settings?

I... don't think it does since root is making the archive.
