Automatically running program after creating SSH Tunnel?
I'm looking for a portable SSH Client (Like KiTTy) where it can
establish a SSH tunnel without needing to enter into a interactive shell
(I've set it to /bin/false, so in PuTTy, they would have to tick "Don't start a shell or command at all" in the SSH Tab).
Automatically run a program with tunneling already set up (it'll be saved in the settings).
I'm also open to .bat scripts, or any other workarounds.

Switch to SecureCRT. Depending on your definition It may not qualify as 'portable', but the built-in scripting/tunnels/macros/etc combined with SecureFX for SFTP makes it the best Windows SSH/terminal client around.
Bitvise Tunnelier can do all that.
+1 for Bitvise I use these with delphi
